Based in Venice, California, Jenn Kranz Guillen is an investor at Mucker Capital, where she partners with early-stage startups across the West Coast. She has led investments across HealthTech, FinTech, and Supply Chain, with a particular focus on vertical SaaS platforms and AI-native applications transforming legacy industries. Jenn has supported more than 30 portfolio companies through successful fundraising efforts—shaping narratives, optimizing materials, and facilitating investor introductions.

Jenn brings experience from both sides of the table. She previously contributed to investments at MTech Capital and B Capital Group, enabling over $500M in potential downstream transaction value. At Halogen Ventures, she supported acquisition strategies and LP fundraising initiatives. Earlier, she joined the founding team at Haystack, a venture-backed communications startup, where she built and executed the company’s first GTM sales campaign—driving pipeline that contributed 15% of the annual revenue target.

Jenn began her career at TriNet, where she served as the Venture Capital Practice Leader and was recognized as the top-ranked Technology Consultant in Los Angeles—TriNet’s third-largest market—advising early-stage teams on HR and operational strategy.

A double Trojan (fight on!), Jenn earned both her MBA and BA from the University of Southern California.
