George Ishii is currently a co-founder at Comparably and a startup advisor who helps startups succeed in areas such as user experience design, analytics driven design, and product management. He co-founded several companies including BetterWorks, an employee benefits SAAS platform, Geni, an online family tree building platform with 100M+ profiles (acquired by MyHeritage), and Yammer, a private social network that helps employees collaborate across departments, locations, and business apps (acquired by Microsoft). George is specialized in social entrepreneurship, early stage startups, user centered design, interface design, user flow design, etc.. He graduated from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona with a BS in Computer Engineering.
